IS IT HOT?

The container heats only when it is in the sun, after all metal is an excellent heat conductor. Internally, a thermo-acoustic treatment is carried out with a glass wool blanket between the bodywork and the dry wall. Externally, a “Ciaflex” layer is applied to the entire container, it is a preparation base that helps thermal problems as it does not absorb heat, at the same time providing sealing, painting, waterproof and protecting against rain strikes.

HOW MUCH?

The cost of a container construction is an average of $ 171 to $ 226 per m², depending on the finish selected. This represents savings of up to 30% compared to the traditional structure.
For example, $ 207 per square meter was spent, including “Casa do Vale” (see photo), porcelain tiles in the open area, heated pool and 3.50 m high walls. (Written prices are valid for BRAZIL)
