Glamping Facility of Container Houses with Panoramic Views

Hi everybody

We continue to discover for you. Our container house on today’s tour is from Gotemba, Chubu, Japan.

Fujino Kirameki Fujigotemba is a glamping facility built of shipping containers with panoramic views of mountain Fuji. Fujino Kirameki Fujigotemba is located in Gotemba, Chubu, Japan.

Among the many glamping resorts found here, Fujino Kirameki Fuji Gotemba is recommended for guest rooms with views of the magnificent Mt. Fuji reaching out to you!

This resort has a satisfying experience of enjoying natural activities such as an outdoor bath where you can enjoy bathing under the starry sky and a fireplace where you can experience a bonfire. Staff will deliver meals that are the real pleasure of glamping to each building in course format. Enjoy a comfortable living space and a special outdoor experience.

Container cabins feel personal and private, like a home away from home.

We gave brief information about this facility consisting of container structures, let’s talk about container houses …

There are 20 independent buildings made of shipping containers within the facility.
The structures in this theme park are not all the same. There are different structures consisting of 2 containers and 3 containers. Containers are not standard sizes. Custom made shipping containers were used in the project.

As a general design, the containers are placed in parallel, with an empty middle. In the structures where 3 containers are used, one container on one side and two containers on the other. In the space in the middle of the containers, there is an outside / living room on the wooden deck. You can have a pleasant time while swinging on the hammock in this open-top section. One of the most striking features of container houses is the wooden terrace. Other noteworthy details are the outdoor sofas and large jet tubs exclusive to Fujino Suite.

One of my favorite features of the shipping container house is its sliding front door that can be closed when desired. By opening the ceiling, you can also close the door if you want to ensure privacy while sitting outdoors.

The outer parts of the container structures have been preserved. Except for the front door and wooden terrace, no further details have been made.

Suite Cabin, the largest of the buildings in the facility, is 153 m2 in total. (44.3 square meters rooms, 109.1 square meters terrace)

The sizes of other houses in the project are as follows;

Grande Cabin – 69 m2
Deluxe Cabin – 54 m2

Room rates range from $470 – $700 per night.
