We continue to discover for you. Our container house on today’s tour is from USA.
A 1200 sqft two-bedroom country house for a bachelor. The upper floor is organized around an open kitchen and a south facing deck overlooking the Catskills. The lower floor is the master suite connected by a spiral stair. This project was a collaboration with Tim Steele.
This shipping container house is called ‘North Branch’ and is designed by Tim Steele from New York which includes a spiral staircase. A gap was created between the containers to create a passageway and to access the containers all you need to do is cut out doorways or large openings. It could be just one level or double storey on flatter land.
