Stefanie and John decided to build a house of shipping containers with 4 kids.
They used 5 containers in container house projects.
Stefanie and John wanted the exterior of the house to look more traditional than a modern look.
After deciding on a traditional appearance, they decided that metal coatings, which have a 30-year warranty for paint, are the most economical choice.
Yes, when we look at the house, we see a traditional look exactly as John intended. The fact that they paint blue outside the house really added a different beauty to the house. If it were painted in another color, perhaps it would not have been so rustic.
